for normal PR i will get visa for 5 years but in this case how many years ?
There is no restrictions to stay permanently in Australia for a period of 5 years, but you can travel outside for holidays and family visits.
My partner and i would like to apply for our Australian residency. We lived in Sydney for 2 years and loved it, even though we’ve been back in the UK for a year we still want to get back over there FOR GOOD!! Can anyone recommend a well organised, helpful visa agency that can guide us through the mountainous paperwork and support us with gaining our residency, fast and efficiently? Preferably London based as that is where we live!

Why move here for 6 to 12 months, why not get out of that suck hole of a country and come and live here permanent.

My brother went with his wife the the interview with the immigration. I believe this is the final step to the process of getting her green card. As soon as they left the building from the interview she tell him that she wants a divorce and that she needs him out of the house in 2 days. She knows that she is getting her green card and now she is dumping my brother. Can he back-out of the sponsorship? She basically just used him and now he is so bitter he is ready to do anything to get her deported.
If so, Can you tell me how? What is the process?
Revoke the sponsorship citing that your brother was just used.

I actually disagree with the answers above inasmuch as for many private schools they find it difficult to find staff in particular teaching areas during the school year (i.e. from February onwards). It all depends on your area of teaching specialty, however for instance I know that last year the school I worked at (a large private school in Melbourne) was desperately looking for physics/maths teachers and was advertising internationally to try and find a couple to fill vacancies.
I suggest preparing your CV and a good covering letter and then through school listings begin to email that out to private schools via their Principals (or perhaps Directors of Studies or similar). Many schools are keen to have staff from international backgrounds as it assists in adding to the diversity in the school, plus also can be key in terms of "internationalising" the school for bids to attract the higher fee paying international students (which many many schools rely upon from a financial perspective).
